About the role
Two squads, 24 climbers aged 11 to 17, competing in regional boulder and lead rounds. You will run technique blocks, manage load through comp season, and set squad-specific problems.
Setting experience is welcome but not essential — our setters will build to your session briefs.

- Climbing coach award (foundation or above)
- Experience with youth groups
- Understanding of load management for growing climbers
