About the role
We finished second last season and went up with the youngest squad in the division. The club wants a coach who can keep that identity — front-foot pressing, quick transitions — while adding structure to set pieces and game management.
You will run three evening sessions, lead matchday, and work with the academy lead on the pathway from U18s into the senior squad.
What they're looking for
- UEFA B or equivalent (or working towards it)
- Two seasons coaching senior or U18 football
- Comfortable planning a block of sessions, not just single drills
- Enhanced background check before first session
