A working platform for player representation
Representation is a documentation business. Who has seen the player, what was said, what was agreed, and when. AthletiLink keeps the player's public profile, the club conversations and the interest trail in one place instead of across three inboxes.
Free on AthletiLink
- Public player profile with measurables and film
- Availability status for transfers and trials
- Searchable directory for clubs, coaches and scouts
- Private scouting watchlist with notes
- Direct messaging — no commission, no lead fees
AthletiLink helps players become more discoverable. Selection and signing decisions always belong to clubs and coaches.
Live tournaments & resultsWhat agents use it for
A current, public profile does the first round of work for you: clubs screen themselves in or out before you spend a call on them.
Everything else is tracking. Which clubs looked, who replied, what stage each conversation is at, and what was put in writing.
- Maintain profiles for the players you represent
- Publish availability and the move each player wants
- Message clubs and coaches directly, in one thread per club
- Track interest, replies and stage per conversation
- Keep written terms and correspondence together
Rules, registration and written terms
Representation is regulated differently by country and association, and amateur players often cannot be charged at all. Check your national association's intermediary rules before you take on a player, and register where required.
Put representation terms in writing with the player — and a parent or guardian for minors — including duration, scope and fees. AthletiLink is not a party to those agreements and takes no commission.
Step by step
- 01
Verify your standing
Association registration and local intermediary rules first. Not optional.
- 02
Agree terms in writing
Scope, duration, fees. Parent or guardian countersigns for minors.
- 03
Publish an honest profile
Overselling a player burns the club relationship you need next season.
- 04
Track every conversation
Club, date, stage, what was said. Memory is not a record.
Frequently asked questions
Does AthletiLink license or approve agents?
No. We provide tools; licensing and registration are handled by your national association or federation. Players should always check an agent's standing independently.
Can agents charge amateur or youth players?
Often not, and rules vary by association. Check the applicable regulations before agreeing any fee involving a minor or an amateur player.
Does AthletiLink guarantee I will be signed?
No, and nobody honestly can. What a profile does is help players become more discoverable: it puts your position, measurables, film and availability where clubs, coaches and scouts are already looking, so the people making decisions can find and assess you.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating a player profile, appearing in the directory, listing your availability and messaging clubs and coaches is free. There are no listing fees and no commission.
